I flashed my HDD and loaded the Slayer disk and did the Install Apps on F and Evox on C but it decided not to work.
Slayer 2.6 isnt working.

Well your going to have to be ALOT more SPECIFIC about the problem than this.
Do you have anykind of dash installed?What chip are you running, did you upgrade your harddrive? Did you get a bad burn.
And when you say it decides not to work, what exactly is it doing, that you say its not working? Just sitting idle,freezing,halting,restarting?

there was evox installed and when i flash it and load the disk it didnt work when i installed the apps

If you can rephrase the quesiton into a readable sentence it might be easier to help you out. If I were you I would have just gone with the forgien language its a lot better than looking like you can't string together enough words to make sense in your native tounge. If you notice your post has created more questions than answers, there might be something to that.

Is EvoX installed? (not any more) Does it boot to EvoX on startup? (no) I will boot the Slayer Disk when its booted ill go in and download the Evox and the Apps but they dont work when I try to access it. (rebooting the xbox w/out the slayer cd)

Ok. I guess from what you've said that, after installing EvoX from the disc, and rebooting the Xbox, EvoX does not load? Does it load the original MS dash?
