Slim 14719 RGH, cool runner not blinking

i am trying to glitch a slim with 14719 official update, the thing is i cant get the coolrunner to blink after writting the ECC. but the console boots fine when i flash the stock nand to it. hope u guys can help

would try to get some pics up soon. dont have a cam now. but any help? i am certain my soldering is pretty fine.

If it boots with stock nand then its more than likely gonna be soldering or wiring

I did 1 earlier today, all my soldering look great, but the CR would not flash green even once. So i opened it back up and check my wires again, and there was 1 strand of wire that was not tinned properly and it was touching another solder pad. De-soldered it tinned it and re-soldered. BOOM.... instboot. Happy days

i rewired everything and made sure the soldering is okay but i am still not getting the green glitch light on the CR. the cpu fan seems to be breaking every few seconds.
