ANSWERED Slim bad block

Hi ,
I,m having a bad block 0x01DE @ 0X3ff. Slim turns on with ecc but no xell only green light is blinking. Is this block is in 1-50 block? and how to remaping ? Sorry for my english

I've changed a wire with thiner issolation 50 cm and xell finnaly boot after 30 seconds
