RGH slim boots with red dot

I got a slim that I RGH, everything went fine, got CPU key and made the freeboot image.. no problems but when I wanted to assembly it I saw that my wirering at stby_clk was bad so I redid it and killed the resister, I replaced it and now when it try glitching the first time I get a red dot.. it still boots the dashboard and I can play, but I cant sync new controllers..

has anyone encountered something similar? or know what my problem is?
