Xbox slim,coolrunner installed(swithched to automatic),programmed for trinity.
installed with slim qsb.
everything seems to be in place, one or two things I suspect.

1-the yellow wire is touching the board(while soldering i couldnt solder it at a vertical angle, instead it was horizontal angle so the wire part is now attached to the board) so not sure if that would be the issue.

2-my r3b15 point just below the hana chip I have spent some time over it but not sure if I nailed it.

3-not sure if I soldered the black wire to the av port correctly.

I have used jrunner,my nand dumps match,I have flashed my coolrunner and switched to slim and NOR.
I have added the videos and pics for it,if someone could tell me where to start checking and how to check it it would be awesome.Someone said multimeter but not sure how to find or use one.I have a voltage tester that I know how to use but not sure if it can be used on this one.

here is the video

You really shoudn't be messing around with electronics without a multi-meter. There's little anyone can help you with if you don't have the information at hand.

Also....PICS! Close up images of your work is going to be compulsory very soon. Get in the habit now.

From what I can see, the CoolRunner debug LED is blinking green so that means the console is trying to glitch.

Have you tried setting the console switch on the CoolRunner to PHAT?

Have you tried different pads on the POST_QSB to get your optimum boot time?

knew you were going to say PICS :)
I was preparing them in the meanwhile trying to put the video.having a bad night :)

found a multimeter at home if i can figure out how to use I will give it a try.

so can you walk me through with the multimeter thing.should I touch each point with the "legs" when the console is running or plugged in?
hope the images are good enough thats all I could do with the phone,in a poorly lit room
thanks

yeah the console is trying to glitch cuz the fans are going up and down, this made me think that it was playing with the cpu speed .

yes I have tried to switch the console to PHAT,and slim no joy.

I have this post qsb that I ordered
will try it tomorrow to see if it works.

have the console pluged in but powered off when using a multimeter. touch the black probe to a good ground then touch the red probe to the point on the motherboard that you wanted to get a reading from. I have a slim that i did about a 2-3 weeks ago that had the same issue. i had to cut the blue wire about 1 cm then boom xell.

Very clean install looks like mine. But clean off some of that flux on av port unless you want to smell flux when console is on. Lookin good though.

Remove that cable-tie from the CPU_RST wire. It can play silly beggars when wound too tightly. Tuck it under the X-clamp and see how you go from there.

Oh and BTW - soldering looks fine but just double-check the STBY_CLK part of the QSB is soldered to the point correctly... ;)

will remove the cable tie on the CPU-RST first when I get back home,
if that doesnt work will tuck it under the xclamp
if still no joy
I will re solder the stby clk takes a second and safe to do
if still no joy ,i will keep my spirits up and try the post qsb :D
if it still doesnt will try the multimeter.(cuz thats the point I have no idea so will use it as a last resort)

The question is,I am not sure about this r3b15 point (slim qsb which reaches out just below hana chip)which seems very delicate to me,do not want to resolder that because I have already spent a good deal of time with a soldering iron on it,more time working on that point can render it useless.
.can it be relevant to the issue I am having.what happens when that point is not soldered right?cuz its pretty hard to see at this point even with a magnifier I am not sure about that point.if someone knows what that point does that would give me an if there is a problem on that point or not ;)

remove the cable tie anyway. Then either leave loose or tuck under the x-clamp.

The problem with not having a multi-meter is you can't test for continuity on stby_clk without it.

took it under the x-clamp,and WIN.

takes about 15-16 seconds, but sometimes take more sometimes take less.
A question though ,I have a post qsb waiting but I dont wanna mess around right now, does installing the post qsb make the booting times consistent because now boot times are a little bit here and there.

So much thanks for everyone helping out.

So I can start reading "after glitching" threads and try to find out which programs to install and try to make my own setup.
Any suggestions on programs would be appreciated though.
