Ok if this is the wrong section please move.

Hopefully just quick question.

I have a Corona V3/V5 based on this thread

Now all I'm looking to do is get the key so I can install the **** on this xbox. I do not want to permanently JTAG this box. I have been looking but there seems to be so many different items to use to glitch this I'm a little lost.

I have the most current dashboard as of last week.

The disc drive is the Liteon DG-16D5S fw-1175

I do believe I need the following,

1) CORONA QSB INSTALL KIT V3
2) TX CORONA POSTFIX ADAPTER V2
3) TX JR PROGRAMMER V2 - Already have
I also have the Nand X reader (Device)


I know I have to be missing something else??

Any help would be much appreciated.

Since you already have a hand-x, and as it is going to be a temporary install, I think you should just buy a post fix adapter and a CR rev c and nothing else.

The disc drive he has is a DG16-D5S and he would be better off just getting a DGX if all he wants is the key no need for a coolrunner etc.

I have everything installed and will take pictures when I can get out of my office and home but it does not want to boot xcell, sounds like there is glitching taking place.

If you need help, post all information including pics and logs.

If you have a DGX and you've not written anything to it, use my alternate DGX.ECC file which is in the DGX/RGX sticky.

Also on a slim console all the glitch options are RGH2, which has nothing to do with r-jtag. This should be posted in the any of the RGH help threads....... For future reference. Also Check out Martins RGH Roadmap For Newbies.

Here are the pics to the install

I have a 16mb Corona using the Dgx,
I have not wrote any files to the DGX and did use the ECC file to write to the xbox NiceShot/Tuxuser XeLL 16MB Corona DGX

I hooked up the component cable from the tv then power, I was getting a every 5 sec green light but now nothing.

Any ideas?

It's probably booted. You may not get video out with that xell as it's the older one.

Use COM or IP to get the CPU key.

I'll see about editing those DGX files to use the new universal xell.

Forgot to mention I used Nand-X. Should I hook in the JR Programmer to scan?

Nevermind that, dumb question. Would it be better for me to flash back stock then reflash newer xell?
