how can my fan be running too fast? its running fine. the top of my slim isnt hot eough to cook bacon anymore. nice luke warm air on top. 100.xex is too loud. 60.xex is just fine

i dont know, i dont set my fans in multi, i just used the fanspeed.xex and ran the 60%. cant hear anything even when its on. sounds like a normal pc
