GENERAL slim demon in phat console

so i have installed a slim demon into a falcon rgh2 console and everything boots just about fine , the stock side boots no problems { sometimes i need to turn off the coolrunner rev c } and the demon glitch times go from 5 mins all the way up to 1 hr , what i need is some help with keeping the glitch times down to the lowest i can , im willing to try and get it around 3 mins if possiable , i also did something that i dont know if someone has done but i took the stock rf board and used the stock led's and modded them to only be red led's { no green } all i did was installed a wire from one point on the led to another point on the led and it then made them all red when it boots and when it is on , no i did not take out the stock led's and ad red ones just added some wire to mod it into a red ring instead of the green ring , i can put pics up , its easy so can some one please help me get a straight glitch time so i can make this demon boot faster and easier , here are some pics of my unfinished work

and as far as i know the red ring mod is my idea and i should get credit for finding it , if im wrong and it has been found and shown please someone show and tell me where it is because i havent found it yet

A far as i know, I discovered rgh, jtag and the fw hack.

thank you to keil423 , martin c and bl4k3y for all of your help my install and boot times , they are down to 15 secs up to 1 min on a rgh 2.0 falcon board phat with a slim demon installed into it with a rev c coolrunner and the c mode for rgh 2.0 on jrunner
