GENERAL Slim drive

I have an extra slim drive....DG-16D4S FW ver. 9504. Is there a way to make it copy using firmware like 0800 like they do on the old drives. My old BenQ 6038 died on me.

I'm using X360 USB Pro 2 and a CK3 Mini

if you have the X360 USB Pro 2 you dont have to write 0800 firmware to the drive.
with the latest XBC you can make your backup in the stock drive connected to the machine trough the X360 USB Pro 2.

There is no 0800 firmware for any of the slim drives. It is supposedly in progress but with the Usb Pro 2 being able to rip without firmware I don't see a release anytime soon.
