Hey all.

This is a slim with 13604 RGH written. The OG nand had 1 bad block that was remapped.

Used JTAG tool to unmap
Used Multibuilder .6 to build 14699 from unmapped OG nand.
Remapped new freeboot using JTAG tool.
Wrote through xenon uSB

After flash I get E79 error.

Wrote 13604freeboot back and machine boots fine into 13604.

I also tried building 14699 from the original remapped freeboot13604. Still E79.

Counting my ff's in Xell is 2 and that matches my OG nand and 13504 freeboot images.

I don't beleive so but should the machine be updated to 14699 before hand? Perhaps LDV needs to be updated?

The only other detail I can mention is that in multibuilder .6 when I get the "fcrt.bin missing" warning

Try using your original NAND dump as it is without any remapping (original form as you dumped it).

I did that first. But are you suggesting not remapping at all?

I used OG nand...unmapped....made freeboot...remapped then flashed.

I have tried this a few different ways now including patching the OG nand without remapping.

I pretty much knew that was not the problem but tried anyhow updating dashlaunch 2.27.

Still E79.
Really the only thing left is to try multibuilder .5 instead.
Well I see now a multi .7
Tried that but it still does not work. E79 again.

ONe thing strange on this machine. While in NXE dash the XBOX Guide button does not work. It is a wired controller that I know works becasue all the other machines I have done work fine. Second to that is the Format option for the 250 gig does not work. When I press A it does nothing. I can see the button working but there is no prompt for formatting.
