i took a quick look best i could. appears the actual pad is gone, but the trace itself is fine. this can def be fixed by a pro,and im in no way flaming here, but if u messed this up you are no pro, take it to one before u mess it up to where it cannot be fixed

the pad is indeed a gonner.........the trace is fine - use an alt point for it

as mentioned - I would let someone do that for you - but if you are so inclined - here is the alt points thread

from what i see your soldering is a bit funky no offence here, but try using flux or as frazzeld said let some one do it for you, you dont want to mess the alt point

Not flaming here either, But it never ceases to amaze me the amount of ppl that try and solder for the 1st time on a 360, You may also be getting shorts through solder touching each other looking at the HUGE blobs of solder you have going on.

Have you ever soldered before? I find it hard to believe you have.

I also find it hard to understand why some people take their first attempts at soldering to a working games console.

What size iron are you using?, looks cold soldered and it doesn't appear you are using any flux. Also you can cut your wire down a bit, you have too much exposed, 0.2 cm is fine

Edit: Just STOP and give it to a pro before gets any worse.
