RGH slim no xell

used j runner to write ecc but no video or xell,
read nand no errors programmed coolrunner then booted up console was fine, so continued create ecc and write but no xell, light is green blinks about every 5 secs but nothing, so decided to write back orginal nand boots everything fine. Any suggestiongs?

Try switching to phat or shortening the blue wire a little bit.

how many cm on blue wire, I thought you only shorten the wire if it boots to xell?

Any bad blocks in your ecc image or nand read? Look at your J-Runner output log. List any bad blocks here.

none read it about 10x already

shortening the wire is to help dial in the best boot times. if it's too long for your system it can take forever to boot xell, same if it's too short. each system has a 'sweet spot' for that wire (both length and position)

start by shortening it in 2-5cm lengths until you get it to boot in under 30sec, then narrow it down using smaller increments until you get under 10-15sec
