Verified all points with a Multimeter (from the wire's point solder on MB to the wire's point on the CR) ,all values are 0.00 -0.01 ohms. no infinite loop... CR is set to NOR and SLIM, Red light always on. When I power up my xbox, green led start to flash at interval of about 4-5 seconds and stay on for 1-2 sec and to that indiefinitly but no XELL... ECC build with 360 MultiBuilder, inject with Nandpro 3.0... When I reflash my nand to original, xbox works light a charm... Really don't understand.... HELP!

It's gotta be your build. You should try using jtag tool to create ecc. I did on 2 of my slims and it worked fine. What version of multibuilder?
Multibuilder 0.4 ... I also tried with Jtag Tools and XnandHealer 0.7 ... 3 different ECC, no success

It flashes at intervall of 4-5 secondes... stay lighted for 2 sec, then repeat this cycle indifinitely

Well i guess it could be the blue wire also. Try moving the coiled up wire, if that doesnt work you could shorten it a bit to see if that helps.
I dumped my nand 4 times, no bad blocks, and all 4 was matching

Like above I find the glitch happens when the blue wire isn't coiled up on some slims. I build images through multibuilder as it seems to be the most reliable for me. Try moving the blue wire. My first attempt I tried for a day before uncoiling the wire and she glitched instantly after that.
