i dont known how sold i right maesure i have put + on 5V and - on GND and i can not measure the value its groving and decreasing .....

That explains it. Measure from the 5 pad on the post fix to GND.

sorry i dont understand you mean measuer on the post fix :facepalm: ,,,
i have measured 10,7Kohm between 5 pad and gnd :rolleyes2:

don't know if this helps but to me it looks like you are missing some solder points on the slim post qsb.
