GENERAL Slim RF ROL headache

Ive had this ROL board for awhile now and it's a pain in my ass.

The things works fine. Power, eject etc.......but the LEDs don't light up. I've been over it with a meter and tested continuity and everything seems fine.
Has enyone else had this before?
I don't have a spair board to compare values with but of anyone has one lying around now please can you test Q7 and tell me what you have.

Please confirm, is this the CoolRunner ROL capable RF board or the non-capable version?

I don't know if it's relevant or not but there are two models of ROL module.

I don't know if they have names or not, but I labeled them A and B...

Model A:
It has 4 "holes" under the top of the black cover

Model B:
It has 10 solder pads under the top of the black cover

Mine is a 1410 version if you look on the label. My reading on Q7 is 9.18

Is that a voltage or a resistance?


The one I have here is a 1409.
