This one is strange, Basically I installed the Cool runner revision B, used Jrunner to create all requied files, Motherboard outside of case, glitched first time and displayed Xell, got CPU key etc, created freeboot, wrote nand back, again boots within a couple of cycles, dashboard is displayed, put the board in case and tried again this time no greenlight (at this point the xbox would appear to tick / reset continiously), checked everything and all fine, removed board again and tried again, this time works fine, then lay board down on the side and again no green light and ticking noise again. put pressue on CR and green light flashes once agin and it glitches within a few cycles. At this point I changed the CR as I was sure that this was faulty. To my suprise the new one does exactly the same thing. Also found that lifting the board off the side it glitches fine again. Now you are going to say a loose wire etc, believe me its not, i have also changed all the cables just to be sure its not a break!
I have removed all wires, re-soldered them again and to my suprise it still behaves in the same way!!
Now I have fitted about 100 CRs and never come across this issue, any ideas please as I am totaly :crazy:stumped
What is causing the continousy ticking / reseting when the there is no green light??
By the way, when orignal nand is written back it works fine, so there is clearly no damage anywhere.
Not that it will help, but I will get some pictures tomrrow.
