I got everything working fine on my trinity board went to put it all back together and somehow the damn post_out1 wire ripped itself and the pad off. I tried to solder to the hole under the gpu and cant get the solder to stick. If anyone has any helpful information that would be awsome:crazy:

Hi mate.
Ive just had a look at a trinity board ive got here.
Get yourself a realy sharp craft knife and if you look on the top of the board under the heatsink you can see the trace that comes from post_out1.
gently scrape the trace until you can see the copper but dont go mad as you dont want to brake the trace.
Once you revealed the trace tin it with a bit of solder then solder the wire to the trace.
You may need to use some thinner wire, i would use single core kynar wire (available on ebay).
If your new to soldering then this may be a little difficult for you to do.
If you need anymore advice pm me

its the correct flux, i bought it because of a guide i was reading for installing nand x and coolrunner

Chemtronics circut works
No Clean Flux Dispensing Pen CW8100

I did use the wrong solder for years until this same guide told me to start using roslin core Sn60/Pb40, for years it was always hard for my solder iron to melt the solder and because of that i couldnt solder anything smaller than buger:(

But because of that guide now Im able to solder and i have reset glitch hacked 2 phat 360's and 2 slim 360's

The only thing in that guide that I never plan on ever trying again is to use flux

Sn60Pb40. Common in electronics, most popular leaded alloy for dipping. Low cost and good bonding properties. Used in both SMT and through-hole electronics. Slightly cheaper than Sn63Pb37, often used instead for cost reasons as the melting point difference is insignificant in practice. On slow cooling gives slightly duller joints than Sn63Pb37.
