Which diagram is that mate? I have a slim and boots 9/10 times under 10 secs, very slow at booting in to fsd2.0 tho as its set to boot directly to fsdI did a trinity last night - couldn't get it to glitch - had to rebuild ecc with bestpig - used the slim QSB and coiled the pre-cut blue wire a per the diagram - I get boot times now under 5 seconds consisitantly with 1 in 20 being around 25 seconds - no caps used
Why would you ask when many have already posted success about the cap and it's even in the original guide?anyone get better boot times by adding caps or anything else? i have tried resoldering the wires and changing blue wire length, repositioning, tape, no tape, tight coil, loose coil, wire all over the place
damn this slim
It's the same, sorry you are right I'll add the option to slim guide also.i only saw info for cap on the jasper... i saw no info about which cap for slim and where to apply it and no images on it
Slow boot times into FSD are normally due to having an xbox live profile used for auto-sign on. Dashlaunch will block xbl signon which causes the console delay. Disable auto-signon or disable XBL signon in parental settings.Which diagram is that mate? I don't see this in any of the slim guides. It's the same, sorry you are right I'll add the option to slim guide also.
All my slims boot in under 10 secs but each one requires different tweaking. You'll get there![]()
Anyone have the answer for this?Ok Cool.
I noticed in the jasper thread a 68nf cap was placed between ground and pll bypass... how would that translate to a slim, considering no pll bypass
