**** I fixed it guys thanks for everyones input. Once I reprogrammed the CPLD she boot right up! I either A) chose the wrong .JED or B) there was an issue on the first program. Thanks again to all that helped!

This console is being a real pain. Posting for help here since there are people who have done MANY installs and its always good to have someone else look over things.

Heres a video so you can see in real-time my installation and how the tx chip is working.

The Manufacture date is 09-22-2011 and was on 14719

Here is my log from Multibuilder:

I will leave it on phat and try to boot. I have only seen to try that IF the console has glitched but, I haven't got that far yet. As I am typing this so far nothing while it is on phat. I have flashed back to retail and that booted fine. Ive reflashed the .ecc twice. Only thing I havent done is reflash the .jed. I did verify twice in iMPACT that it was programmed correctly.

First of all, try trimming the CPU_RST wire in increments and testing.

If this doesn't fix things, you may wish to try the POST_QSB and maybe even try using shielded cable on CPU_RST; however, this is not guaranteed to fix anything and things could go either way in terms of performance.

Yeah uncoil that blue wire and let it hang away from the board while you try to glitch that will rule out interference. If it glitches you can reroute it later
