GENERAL slim with atx power supply

hi i need the pin out for the top of the power connector to attach the wires going to the atx power supply. and do i connect just 12v 5v and ground to them.

there is, or at least was a ATX to Phat xbox power cable. i got that one and tweaked it so it would power the xbox from its powerbutton like the standard PSU, and it works great with the phat to slim power adapter.
