Just giving an update on the situation;

At this time, Wolf (the one here) has the motherboard, so here is the update of his work on this weird error.

He said he reballed all the chips already, and nothing, the console never boots, he temporally RGH'd it to get the DVDKey as needed for the new xecuter PCB. He said this is a weird error, as he has had the console for more than 30 hours or so and still has not come up with a fix for it.

More Info:

It will boot into XeLL, but will not boot to the standard dashboard. We came up with the possibility that since the xbox does not boot up until you actually plug an output device in, we think maybe the HDMI and/or AV cord, is not been detected and the console is waiting for that to be plugged in, it would be what an xbox does when no output is plugged in. ( would explain why XeLL boots)

With that said, Wolf is looking at the AV area and reflowing any chips in that area and doing an overall inspection of the area, if anybody has any ideas on this, please post them.

Thanks,
John.

Resolved. Boots with an HDMI cable plugged in. Possibly damaged AV port, not really worth replacing IMO..

Yes, not worth replacing, hopefully its just filthy and not damaged, I will give it a good cleaning when I get it back.

Well it was a nice trip and I'm very, very glad its over.
