ANSWERED Slim won't eject tray

I modded my Slim DG-16D4S using LT 3.0+ and a team xecuter replacement pcb board. It's working great and still plays games. My slim will not eject the dvd tray though, this just started happening today, I haven't opened it since LT 3.0+ released. My CK3i however will eject the tray. How can I fix this?

Edit: I'd also like to note that it will not eject with the faceplate, top, and bottom of the xbox removed

Does using the xbox controller to eject the tray work and just the eject button on faceplate not work or nothing on the xbox will eject the tray?

Have any of the wires you soldered to the TX pcb come off or got a poor connection?

This happened to my slim and it was the ribbon cable on the back of the faceplate that was broken even though it didn't look damaged

maybe the power wire in the xbox isn't connected well.try tu push it more

It's the ribbon cable on the front faceplate, you have damaged it when taking the case apart.

You need to buy a new one, they are not expensive.
