RGH Slim wont glitch/boot xell

Hello TX Forums , Ive been trying to get this slim to boot xell with no luck. I have done 5 or so RGH slims but this one wont glitch for some reason. Heres a few things I've done: Programed CR with JTAG tool / Nandpro v3 switch on NOR / PROG built ecc with multitool /JTAG tool switch on PHAT/SLIM when booting tried shorter CPU_RST wire tried to go around X-clamp with CPU_RST wire/coiled up like xecuter pics show I do notice when I program the CR the green LED flashes when done but its not as bright as when its glitching , dont know if thats normal though. The green LED flashes when I boot the console and every 4-5 seconds after that. I dont think my soldering is bad I usually get it to go on my first try with all past consoles.I will post some pics of my soldering when I get a chance. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
