Obviously yes, since drive is in vendor mode.
I'm powering my 0225 with a Connectivity Kit V1. When I use the power switch on the CK1 the 0225 doesn't go into vendor mode. I have to physically remove the power cable and connect it again (as quick as I can) and it goes into vendor mode. I don't think this should make a difference though ...
