SLOW FTP Transfers

Well I was trying to send some files to my Xbox using FlashFXP and any file larger than 5mb would make it stop responding. I switched to FileZilla and it would actually send files, but at VERY slow speeds. It started out at like 400kb/s then dropped down to like 30kb/s. Anyone know whats wrong with it? I tried it through Avalaunch, EvoX, and XBMC and there all running slow.

Ok a few things to try

1. Disable any Firewall
2. Disable any Anti virus
3. Make sure divers for nic card are up to date
4. Make sure nick card is set to full duplex
5. make sure xbox is set to full duplex
