SLOW FTP Upload?

Just to let people know what I came across incase it helps...

I had really slow FTP upload with FlashFXP (50 KB/s)
I uninstalled Aniti-Virus and Zone Alarm still no joy. :shock:

Anyway to cut a long story...
Zone Alarm Pro Suite 5.5.062.004 was causing the problem (I found out after a reloading XP)
However Zone Alarm Pro 5.5.062.004 appears to work fine (7000 KB/s)!
