I agree with namyarb...this seems kinda "fishy" and coming from a member with 1 post...a bit unreal. Maybe upload your videos to the tube of you?

I saw the videos. They are indeed a console booting within the first glitch. Post your method then we'll know for sure.

Put it back in the case with DVD Drive, Wifi card and the rest of the gubbins then post a video of it glitching first time every time. Then i'll be impressed.

he used 2 cotton swabs on the southbridge chip and wrapped the CPU_RST..

It's not necessarily the fact that it's a problem about the pictures. You want us to view the videos..It would make more sense to upload it to a media streaming website (Youtube, Dailymotion etc) so that it's quick and painless and we don't have to download it. When i clicked the links, the video's ain't all that big anyway, so it would take 5 mins maximum to upload.

I still would like to see this all cased up and doing several boots from a cold start i.e. unplug it for at least 30 seconds and boot.

Im probably gonna give it a shot to see cold boot times as that is where my problem is on my slim after first long boot it boots pretty much consistently fast after that is just that initial cold boot for the most part.

to be fair all of mine glitch on the first 1-2 cycles with the instructions and troubleshooting methods I already posted.

(of course I also use the POST QSB on all my slim installs too)

TBH mine boots within ten seconds but I have had some take 40 seconds this is rare but I put it down to a picky console like the zephyr some boot instant but you get the odd one that's a bitch
