I was, then I could see the .avi.

I just bought the High Definition AV Pack (MIcrosofts not Monster) to go with my HDTV, now the screen flashes solid color like blue orange etc. Its' pretty wierd looking...

do I need to change the video setting on the x3? I don't want to mess it up. I read where someone changed the video setting, then couldn't see anything.

i think you need to boot with the chip disabled and go into your settings in the ms dash and set all the high definition modes to ON.

Make sure you connected the HDTV cables into the right place behind the TV.

I'm pretty sure the cables are put in correctly because the games and dashes and stuff look fine.

I will check the MS Dash HD video settings with chip disabled.

Thanks!
