I don't know exactly what I'm doing wrong here, but anyways, I modded my xbox because I was getting error code #16. But so I get the X3 get it all soldered up and now im at the flashbios 3.0.1, I've tried multiple different bios and it still brings me up to the error code, so I don't really understand what I am doing wrong. Is there any certain bioses I need or something, ive tried M8, and a x2.6 bios. but this is basically what I've done.

1. Set up the switch for 256k, put the dvd-r in, hit bios from cd/dvd, it flashes, and then attempts to reboot.

2. So I turn it back on and it brings up the xbox dashboard and then just throws up the error code 16 again

it is confusing as all hell. Been lookin around trying ot understand wtf im doing but it just isnt coming together and need some help.

and why are you not using the X3 Bios ?

whats confusing about any of this - all the info is in the stickies and easy to find.

Re: XBLA from a Exernal HDD?

How are you putting them on the external?

Here's what works for me;

Extract the ISO with wxRipper
Drop the extracted files into a folder on the USB HDD
Run with XexMenu or Freestyle

Re: XBLA from a Exernal HDD?

yea they are in container files. until someone can open the container to show its raw files and stuff. your best idea is to put them in the correct spot on the 360 HDD
