My glitch slim is working, wish I knew about that point before.. this one scared me the most... well i know if it doesn't hold i got backup plan...

If B15 is not tinned before laying on the QSB, is nearly impossible to solder the QSB to that point. I tried and I couldn't. http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75662 this thread shows the alternate B points for both phat and slim. I was glad to come across that thread.

Don't feel you need to point the tip of the wire down into the solder pad, this can cause the wire to exert excess pressure on the pad and may cause it to lift. With the right amount of bare wire showing and a bit of thought about the laying of the wires you should be fine to keep it all flat.
Other than that it looks pretty good to me, you seem to have a steady hand judging by the points around the one you're aiming for

Yes I see this a lot, Cut your wire down to minimize the chance of shorting, You should have little to no wire showing when installed.
