I have xbox 1.6(b) and i was able to get the bios flash screen with the xecuter 3, the problem was when i flashed it over CD i got black screen, than i kept trying and nothing happned STILL BLACK SCREEN! Than i flashed my xecuter 3 with the xecuter bios 1.6 over the network and guess what it just worked fine!!! The Flasbios has a bug 1:1 it skipps some binary codes when its flashing! So just flash it over the network!
