I followed the tutorial without the missing picture.
The missing picture is just about taping up the alt-5v pin to prevent shorts.
All the information you need is in the paragraphs that accompany the pictures.

Just 1 question about Lite-on drive

Hi again, just a small question.. Does replacing the laser on a Lite-on drive require Soldering?

I changed a few lasers on Hit and samsung drives and was incredibly easy, just remove ribbins etc, and if the drives completely broke, just switch Boards. Is it this easy on the Lite on? Got told need soldering because they don't use ribbins?
