First of all I want to apologize for my bad English, but I still hope that you guys can help a friend in need.

I just got a Jtag Xbox 360 Falcon. I have good experience with flashed drives, but my first time with Jtag.

It got the newest dashboard he said it was: 2.0.12625.0

And the guy I bought it from sent me my CPU key and Nand.
He also said that it was jtagged with Aud_Clamp method.

1)
Do I need any other files if I later want to update freeboot or just generally update my jtag, or are the CPU key and nand enough?

I also have another question.

2)
I have one original xbox 360 drive with all this freeboot, freestyle, xexmenu.
But the drive is only 20 gb. I also happen to have a laptop drive 2,5 with 250 gb.
The laptop drive is a WD2500BEVS and here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/wd-brings-250-gb-hdds-notebooks,1614-11.html

it says that it is 5,400 RPM drive. Will this be fast enough?
I really appreciate every answer I get.

1. Since the person who Jtagged the console for you, sent you the CPU Key and the NAND image, you don't need anything else for updating to a newer version of freeBOOT when it comes out. Also, just to be on the safe side, I'd say that you dump the NAND in its current condition using Flash360 and keep it as a backup.

2. The HDD you mentioned will work fine. Just replace it with your current HDD in the HDD case.

Thanks a lot for the help. I am grateful. I am sorry to be bothering, but I just have one more question hopefully.

I have an ISO file, (game) on my computers HDD.
This is how I proceed is this right way?
-

  • Run game through ABGX just to get info about the game

  • - Open the game with WX360

  • - Extract all of the files except for “System update”

  • - Make a new folder in the “Games” folder in the Xbox HDD and call the folder for whatever the game is called.

  • - Run FSD indexer and chose the game, click on get data, and then save content XML.

  • - Plug the HDD back to the Xbox, and good to go?
Is this how I am supposed to do it?
