Dont have one myself but once my ihas burner packs in I will get getting one. They burn xdg3 games straight out of the box. No payload or burnermax and no having to mess with settings.
Thanks for the info bro....I was a little worried about ordering it because I was reading some old threads where people were not getting sent the CB PLUS drive from amazon and instead getting just the CB version without the PLUS and having trouble overburning. I guess I should try to order from Newegg instead.

Thanks bro, is it true that you don't need burnermax payload tool with this burner? I was told by someone else that you still need it but that imgburn already has burnermax installed on it anyway. But you still need it with this burner? Is that true?

this is 1 of the best drives i have bought and it burns xgd3 straight out of the box no need for burnermax
Thanks bro, would you mind telling me what the exact settings in imgburn that you're using with this burner? Is there anything I need to change in the settings or just leave it as is? Sorry for all the questions but I'm new to this and have never burned a game before.
Mine was just plug n play with default imgburn settings. With verbatim 003

Not that i recall. other than burn speed,tbh I have not ripped a disc in a while just been using dvd extract on fsd.

You dont need burnermax as with this drive it has overburn.and u still have to set user defined with layerbreak

Just checked and all my settings in imgburn are default so I must not of changed any settings in layerbreak

So do I actually make NO changes to the settings in imgburn? Just complete default settings? Thank you all the input!
Do you change the buffer size all the way up to 512 mb? Or did you leave that alone too?

i did when i was using ihas but never altered since using the optiarc drive but wont hurt to up the buffer size

these are custom firmware drives by vin-digital,i never changed any setting in imgburn just plug and play
