sound distorted Help

Hi guys looking for some help basically I reflowed a 360 falcon and all working but Im having problem with the sound, it sounds distorted in both hdmi and composite, I have put the 360 back to reset default and still same no matter what tv I connect it too, if anyone can point out to me where on the mboard I need to look or part to poss repair or replace I'd be most greatfull

I would start with the sound controller chip on the motherboard, but I couldnt tell you which one it is. I guess I should also ask what areas you were reflowing. I would start looking around there.

Reflow the pins on the Stereo DAC IC near the J2B1 header (the component I am talking about is labelled "U2B1" on the motherboard).

Replacing it might restore audio, but I can not confirm this.
