Split XCIs with SX OS

From what I have heard, the SX Installer app lacks the capability to work with standard archive bit split files. I ran into this problem an hour ago, fixed it with ease. So, this will be a record of how to do it for future searchers, since google pulled nothing of use up.

Basics of how this works:

Horizon is just another Linux Distro, and as such, is held to the standards of everything else, from Ubuntu to DSL... I.E., everything is a file if you tell it it's a file...

Steps:

1.) Split your XCI (Fast methods with Legit files, slower methods for corrupted dumps)
2.) Set the Archive bit if not already set
3.) Copy over the Split folder to your desired location (SYSNAND, SD, HDD)
4.) Rename the file to [File_Name].xci
5.) It should now act as a file, worked for me on Skyrim

I am not sure if you can set the folder to a file extension in Windows before copying over, but you are welcome to try.

If you dump your carts with SX Installer it will also auto split them for you and name them correctly. I am sure with will help some people who use macs though.

I have done some more testing and this will only work on an SD Card. Because it's leveraging the Operating System's standard functions, it works only on standard means... USB HDD or flash drive will cause a Crash, or potential "fatal Error"/Kernel Panic. Use exFat on external media still...

SX OS natively supports split xci. No need for SX Installer with these.

I use SX Dumper to dump xci.

If you have a large xci you want to put onto FAT32 sd card, just mount it via usb and use SX Dumper and dump to sd card.
I was told by the maker of NSCB that SX OS supports the XC0 split format (Just a unique extension for files), the above works on the native fat32 driver and any split file, it's not useful in most cases except that one very odd use case.

Is there a way to stop auto splitting? I used installer to transfer xci between sd and hdd but for some strange reason im getting more corrupt transfers when split now. It used to do the whole xci and was very rare to get a corrupt transfer. Cant find an option to stop it.
