From what I have heard, the SX Installer app lacks the capability to work with standard archive bit split files. I ran into this problem an hour ago, fixed it with ease. So, this will be a record of how to do it for future searchers, since google pulled nothing of use up.
Basics of how this works:
Horizon is just another Linux Distro, and as such, is held to the standards of everything else, from Ubuntu to DSL... I.E., everything is a file if you tell it it's a file...
Steps:
1.) Split your XCI (Fast methods with Legit files, slower methods for corrupted dumps)
2.) Set the Archive bit if not already set
3.) Copy over the Split folder to your desired location (SYSNAND, SD, HDD)
4.) Rename the file to [File_Name].xci
5.) It should now act as a file, worked for me on Skyrim
I am not sure if you can set the folder to a file extension in Windows before copying over, but you are welcome to try.
