SAMSUNG MS28 Spoofed drive stuck in loop

So i got a sammy spoofed as a liteon 7 series. Not my console so have no idea why another liteon wasnt used.

Basically the console got stuck in the update loop. Thing is that i dont have the key from the original drive.

So i connected it up to jf. Obviously it came up as liteon 7. So i hit intro, power cycled and entered into vendor mode. I hit the read button and it read the drive includin a key.

Thing is, i dont know what to do from here, i tried searching the forums but im still lost.

my questions are:

1. When i hit the read key in mtk tab, did it read the drives original key?

2.When it asks to auto load firmware and i decline, which firmware should i insert?

3. Do i simply hit write after?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Also Answers would be:

It read the drives original key and the firmware on it, save it and keep it somewhere safe, highly advisable to email it to yourself and to another email if you have and upload it somewhere. Can never be too safe with key files.

2) If you didn't autoload, you can use any of the LT+ firmwares , depending on the version of your dashboard, if your dashboard is the latest up to date on the 360 then you can always use the LT+ 2.0; if thats not available then LT+ 1.9

Okay so the key is the actual original key from the consoles original 7 series liteon?

So now that i have the key, do i write it to stock liteon firmware or sammy firmware?

coz i still need to update dash as im on pre dash.

You need a Liteon drive if you still need to update and it would be Liteon stock firmware

Actually no. I tried a different method and it worked.

Flashed drive to stock sammy 28.

updated perfect.

flashed back to spoofed cfw.
