Spoofed Samsung to Liteon

Hey guys, i have a samsung ms28 spoofed as a liteon. I am on dashboard 12625 (minimum for crysis 2). So now with LT 3.0 out, even though samsung doesnt have it, can i just burn DVDs for Lt3.0 and play it even though i have a spoofed drive?

No, you will most likely receive an E66 error.

Get a Lite-On drive and use that instead because spoofing is no longer supported.

If I'm not mistaken the new dash will hang and your going to have problems.

I've played crysis 2 on a Samsung drive spoofed as a lite on with lt2.0. I shouldnt imagine it was live safe, but my Xbox is banned anyway.

I thought it just a case of copy key and flash with Liteon LT3.0.

Obviously this isn't safe for XBL but as your banned it wont make a difference and should allow you to play your backups.

A spoofed drive wont play xgd3 games however, so might keep you happy for a while but not long term
