spoofing htiachi 47 to a samsung motherboard

I bought a xbox 360 off of ebay already knowing that the dvd drive was bad. I have already dumped the ms 25's firmware and now I am lost everytime I spoof the ms25 firmware in toolbox it tells me that it isnt valid. I am lost, what is the correct procedure to spoof a hitachi with sammie firmware CASTER HELP
