lo, when you make the cut trace, is there suppose to be a resistant value in the line that you cut? or there should be no value in the multimeter since it was cut? I tested my cut using multimeter 20k and I got values. Does this means my cut was not totally cut?

Yea probably. THis should work on ALL versions of slim liteon. They're the SAME HW besides winbond and macronix.

I believe you should be able to go and try the unlock. I believe you should flash to stock fw for the old dash 13XXX, then update to 13599, then try the hack and update to LT+1.9 0272.

If your still not sure on everything, its ok to wait for what the team is working on and it will probably be released shortly (a week or less most likely)

Hi! First sorry for my bad english

I think this is important. Has anyone managed to successfully activate the write protection again returning to the status 0x8E??

This way we could protect our devices against future updates.

A PMT probe just grounds mpx01 right? So why can't we just add a variable resistor to a PMT probe and use this to ground the point rather than soldering a resistor in etc?

Just an idea

Re: Russian 0225 Unlock Tutorial for MXIC memchips (soldering and trace cuts)

the unlocking of non winbond 0225 is doable, you just do the procedures right, when you click unlock then be clicked even read status. I did not enter anything in his pocket saying stupidagini, in fact I only tarnish the reputation, I do have 15 years mod, I'm 38 years old and I'm not going to make fun of anyone. The method is fully functional, on the winbond datashets says he has worked with an absorbance of 2.7-3.6 volts 5mA, calculate the resistance, I can not test it because I do not have a PCB Winbond.

Some managed to unlock Winbond, using 3.5-5 ohms resistor. Attention! It's dangerous! The stabilizer can not stand and burn!

from 3 to 8 for Winbond (here must act carefully)
glad my pcb didn't burn :D

Man are you on the wrong forum...
And it does require you dumping the key BTW.
