With the probe you can not extract the Dummy.bin for 0225.
Do not forget to extract the Dummy before using x360USB pro.

The Russian procedure works and you'll get for it is very close to that.

help, i cant put my drive in vendor, i try everithing.

i have flashed dozen drives in this pc. only apen after the update 13599.. hlp please.

no via controler

I think its the freezing when jf gets to vendor mode. How can I solve the freezing of the via when I get into vendor mode?

I removed the via drivers but now my drive is not detected

when i open the unlock tool it gave me a small box asking for something in russuian

what should i write to bypass that ???

is there any one try that withn 0225 ????

Man is this much easier with a compatible MOBO or what.
Nevertheless, keep trying, as the original way discovered was using a VIA I think...

I'm really puzzlled here ! if I only cut the trace shown in the picture the drive doesn't power on and the dot flashes (360 power source) and of course JF doesn't recognize it ?!

with the Drive at oreginal state with all traces intact I can get it to vendor mode using the probe method and VIA 6421 card but no go with the russian tool (status 0x8C) ..

please help and thank you

You should type your port number.. I'm using the VIA and my port show in JF as 0x9400 so it is 9400

0225 here with winbond .. Good luck

I'm using the VIA card and never had a freezing issue .. Follow the tutorial on removing the drivers and you should be fine.
