The only problem with competition and recommendations is that most of the installers in Bargain Pages are advertising Illegal bios flashing and Evo-X, so if you're gonna do it the legal way (no illegal bios or evo-x) then the customers might go to/recommend the illegal installers instead.

That's something you're up against, definitely. When people recognise you as someone who does a good job, then it will become a moot point and the cowboys that superglue chips into Xboxes will have noone to sell to ;)

"Superglue" lol, I remember when someone on these forums asked if they could use it to fit their chip about a year ago..hilarious.

It's also much better now that the X3 5924 bios works on all XBOX versions (MartinC: i hadn't checked the news page when i posted about the 1.6 evo-xm8 compatibility a few days ago..) because my guide of "what to do next after you have the chip fitted" that I will hand out to customers won't be as complicated for them. Great work TeamXecuter.:D

When I said 5924 bios I meant 3294.

I'm not sure if it was in the X3 section or not...

The thread name was renamed.

Thank you all for your advise. I think this should be organized and put up as a sticky. I appreciate everything and I hope to start up soon.
