STBY_CLK - Resistor on QSB , not on wires ?

Good afternoon all,

I have had a small mishap with a QSB phat install and had to remove it (damaging it cos of tape on underside).
I will be redoing my Coolrunner install again now but with the STBY_CLK wired instead of QSB'd.
I noticed that the QSB has what looks like a resistor on that connection and the 'wires only' install does not , why ?

it's a ZERO ohm resistor dont worry about it.
