Stealth mode [OFF] and FTP Server [ON] on boot?

Is there any chamce for stealth mode [OFF] and FTP Server [ON] on boot?
Previously Tinfoil with Forwarder worked OK.
I was swapping SD Card to 256 one and now Tinfoil's forwarder is detected by Stealth Mode as attempt to connect to eShop.
I'm banned anyways and I'd like to have stealth mode off and FTP server ON on boot.
Do you know if this is possible to set it up so I don't need to change it every time after boot?

Yup he is, I'm using autolauncher and reboot to SX OS already

@Game_Over unfortunately, it creates great system instability. After removing it, my console doesn't hangs so often (literally after every couple closing games).
