Hi,
I have an Xectur 2.6 + solderless adapter for my Xbox (not sure version, but 1.0-1.5 for certain).
Install was fine, got the blue and red light for the Xapter, install the X2.6 with the power cord, installed the three-switch external power chip (w/ Chip Enable, Flash Protect and Bank select).
Boots up with Chip "off", no problem.
Boots up with Chip "on". to FLASHBios, no problem.
Used HTTP to flash BIOS with 4983_06 x2 (used x2bm to create a 512K bin), no problem. (Couldn't get the CD/DVD option to work to save my life - the HTTP solution is excellent - nice option!)
Chip flashes, green progression, auto shutoff. When I restart, I get the FLASHBios blue screen again.
I have Flash Protect set to "OFF" and "Bank 1" selected. I don't get any frag lights, it just doesn't seem to load the new BIOS when I reboot.
Because I don't have a X3, I don't do anything special with the power - just turn it back on after flash.
Am I missing something?
I did search the FAQ and other posters questions, but I've exhausted any information that I thought might help me.
