tried pushing down on the upper ram chips to no avail . ill try to reflow the lower chips more throughly and get back

Seeing as you've had E74, reflow the GPU first.

There was a burr on on top of one of the screws I used on the gpu. I will get back wen I have received my order of new ones

Just a small update

Replaced all screws and washers and now get 2 lights and error 0013, ram chips (?). Fans still fluctuating in speed

You know that two lights is overheating, right?

Your heatsink isn't seated right (which is why I tend to avoid screws and washers).

yea, my bad. tried diff washers, and now it goes straight to 3rrod error 0010 . i hate this jtag

edit:now it wont start.......... the brick just stays orange :/

id rip the gpu off and test to see if you get 0020 with no gpu and then attach a new gpu.
