LITEON 9504 Strange Issue

I have a customer that bought me a slim console that was stuck in the update loop when I opened it. TARAAA I found a Phat Liteon drive spoofed as 16d4s 9504.

I extracted the key from it spoofed it into a stock 9504 fw and write it in a 16d4s 9504. I placed the drive and used a USB and updated the console to dash 13604. However I had the play DVD error. I took the drive back out and I read the fw it was flashed to stock 272.

However when I extracted the key it was all zeros. I took the original key from the phat drive and LT+ 3.0 as target. but the same thing happens. Although In JF it shows the same key is copied but when I save the CFW and load it as target I see the key has changed.

Is there anyone that knows any solution to such a problem

you need the newest dash for lt 3

I am having this issue right now, i just try to put the key manually but when i save the 0272 LT 3.0 on hard disk and then open it show 000000000000000 same happen if i try to extract it directly from the TX pcb. Kinda weird because with others firmwares this problem never happen...

You have to use the writekey function to manual spoof keys to slims. Check out the lizfix
