Hello,
i installed a TX Coolrunner in my Slim and its Glitching fine and fast, but it randomly shuts down after some time and start again. My CPU/GPU Temps are at 50C so its not Overheating.
I used a QSB and its boot also from alone if i connect my PowerCable after some time.

Where could be the problem?

When you powered back on did it actually complain about powering off due to overheat protection? I installed mine last night with the same results too. I gave up on the QSB and directly attached since the connections weren't satisfactory. Everything worked at first and I was able to play games, but like you, it powered itself off after a few minutes. My fan was spinning fine, and no vents were blocked, etc. I also reseated the fan cable. The next morning I got a red light of death (slim/Trinity system).

Update: Reflashing the nand got rid of the red LED. Then I unsoldered the nand interface, cleaned everything up with rubbing alcohol, and got it working again. Initially the system would crash the same way after a few minutes of uptime. It seemed important not to disconnect power because crash data may have been in the process of being written to the NAND or other storage. Also, if a subsequent power on was made too soon, it would power off shortly after, so "cooling problem" seemed to have some legitimacy. Regardless, I was eventually able to get the uptime to over an hour while monitoring temps in XeXMenu. Perhaps some residue had to be boiled off, etc.
