strange problem with maximus firmware?

hi everyone i have flashed with the maximus firmware but i am trying to email the backup files 2myself but it keeps coming up that the file contains a virus and wont let me do it i have scanned it and there is nothing there anyone else has this i just wanna save it somewhere safe

compress the folder with winrar and then email. thats what i did.
