TRINITY Strange problem with my CR4

Hello guys!
I have a problem with my CR4 modchip: i explain my soucy: i make my installation correctly and i use the alternative point for db2g3 becausr i rip the original point. I obtain a solid red led but for the green debug led it is really différent and strange: i obtain the green led not every time and i can say that it is really rare: 3 times on 10 attempt. When i obtain the green led i have the xell on the TV so i think that my installation is ok right?
What could be the problem? I can add that if i choose the phat position on the switch the green led is blinking correctly but no xell and if i power off the xbox and i switch on slim position no green led.

Retouch up solder (looks like cold solder joints) ,pay attention to the GND wire make sure it's secure ,turn on dips 3&4 and see if it boots that way

Thanks for your answer! What do you want for the nand detail please? For my problem i am really lost because two times the CR4 has success with glitch because i obtain the xell and the green led blink like a charm. But after that i unplug and replug the xbox and no green led. I made this manip several times and just 2 times i obtain success with the glitch. It is strange because i can shut off the xbox and shut on if the green led blink one time, for all test it will be success until i unplug the ac adaptator.
I hope that i am quite clear on my explications.
